I'm a product manager who keeps ending up as a founder.
I've started a handful of companies of my own, most of them quietly and none of them famous yet. I also helped found a startup inside an incubator, and that one found real traction.
The early, messy stage is where I do my best work: talking to users, finding the problem worth solving, cutting scope hard, and getting something real in front of people quickly. Then measuring, learning, and going again.
